cable tv and a dvd to a 4 room hotel

i got a hotel with 4 rooms and a office with cable .but i want to hook a dvd player in the office and get to pick what what 4 room get to see the picture from the dvd. i want tp pick if all room gets to watch the dvd or just one. if you know how please write in my blog/
